Editorial Review
The art of family storytelling often needs a jump-start. Life Stories is just the game to bring extra voltage to your family gatherings. It's noncompetitive and comfortable to play because there are no right or wrong answers, only stories, thoughts, and dreams. Players advance by rolling the dice, taking a card and following directions like: "Where would you live if you could live anywhere?" or "Describe one of your best or worst teachers." If the card is something players would rather not talk about, they pick an alternative, such as "Ask each player to imitate a snore." Players finish at the board's center, where stories and positive comments are celebrated. Children under 10 will enjoy this game more in the company of adults. This is a Parents Choice Award winner. --Lee Strucker
