Santiago Refried Beans Preparation:
Empty beans into mixing bowl.
Pour Boiling water over beans. (Full carton - 4 cups of boiling water or 1 cup of boiling water for every cup of dehidrated beans)
Cover and allow to set 5 minutes.
Stir and serve.
