The Nightmares of H.P. Lovecraft: Ultra Black Cthulhu Statue is limited to 100 pieces and is exclusive to BBTS. The statue stands 14â tall and boasts a wingspan of 22â (wings are detachable to assist with packaging and shipping). Sculpted from mixed materials, the Ultra Cthulhu Statue features a hard resin body for durability and soft tentacles for poseability. WARNING: Prolonged exposure to the Black Cthulhu Statue will cause mind-warping nightmares and irreversible madness, and will draw unwarranted attention from the hideous minions of Great Cthulhu! Black Cthulhu is a malformed monstrosity sheathed in webbed black scales, with a pair of outstretched blood-red wings adjoining his hunched back. His arms are slightly elongated, his approximate bipedal stance assisted by large splayed feet. Cthulhuâs horrific countenance is mounted with an array of writhing tentacles---shorter sturdier tentacles inlaid with clustering pink suckers and narrower protracted tendrils bearing wedge-shaped pseudopods. For the moment, Great Cthulhu is entombed in the sunken slime-choked city of Râlyeh, although he acts through gruesome servitors and utilizes horrible narcotic dreams to communicate with his deranged followers. Once the proper rites are finally performed in cadence with favorable constellations, Cthulhu will inevitably rise again, emerging turgidly from the depths of the South Pacific with an appetite for squirming human prey.
