But events turn when the two find themselves in love. When the real prince finally surfaces, it's Monsieur Victor who finds himself in a twisted mess. Girls Dormitory (1936) A schoolgirl crush becomes the center of controversy at an all-girls finishing school when the headmaster becomes the object of affection. Marie Claudel (Simone Simon) professes her feelings for headmaster Stephen Dominik (Herbert Marshall) in a note that is quickly crumpled up and tossed. When the note is found and traced back to Marie, rumors abound and scandal ensues until a handsome young Count (Tyrone Power) comes calling on Marie.
